Shipping Day Expectations

Congrats on your new dragon! Now you may be wondering what to expect next! This page covers what happens after your new purchase and when to expect them to arrive!



We will usually contact you on the Sunday or Monday following purchase to arrange shipping. We ship on Mondays (when it's wam), Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure the safest delivery and so we can offer a live arrival guarantee. We ONLY ship to FEDEX HUBS (this does not include Walgreens or other FedEx onsite spots as they are not insured to handle live animals). You will get tracking from us on shipping day and can sign up for FedEx alerts after you click on the tracking link in that email. We useFedEx priority overnight shipping, so they arrive the day after we ship them, to any state. Once Fedex has the package, it is out of our hands but our shipper is EXCELLENT and any delays will be handled by them! If you notice a delay before hearing from me, let me know and I will look into it. PLEASE DO NOT CALL FEDEX they will only confuse the situation and make it more difficult than it has to be. I package all boxes well and in anticipation for delays. They ARE COMMON and do not hurt the dragon. We offer live arrival guarantee because our animals are HEALTHY and we have yet to have a single DOA!
