This should help make the transition from our home to yours, easier!

Our Routine
We feed mainly dubia roaches. We also offer mealworms, superworms, black solider fly larvae, and repashy. I try to offer a variety so they will be ready for whatever you offer. We usually turn lights on at 8am and off at 8pm. I hand feed small pieces of greens around 9 or 10am (usually mustard greens, turnip greens and collard greens) to babies. I always offer that before bugs and they eat them very well! I also dust all bugs with a mix of calcium (some days with d3 and some days w/o d3) and bee pollen. Then one day a week I dust with multivitamin and probiotics! Adults get a full salad dusted in multivitamins instead of hand-fed small pieces. I only give adults supplements about 1 day a week and I let them fast at least one day a week! An overweight dragon is not a healthy dragon!
They need to be in their tank with access to UVB for a minimum of 2 hours after eating every single feeding. This means if you feed them late one day, say 8pm, then their lights need to stay on until 10pm. Skipping a day here and there will not hurt them, though. I recommend skipping the feeding if you are going to be that late to feed them for some reason.
I offer a soak once a week or anything they run through their poop and make a mess. Keeping their scales clean and dry is important, so be sure to dry them after their bath. When I say bath, I do not mean with ANY soap or cleaners. Simply use warm water (about 90 degrees) and a soft toothbrush if you need to scrub any poop or stuck shed.
I spot clean their enclosures daily and try to deep clean once every other month (removing everything and sanitizing).
When it comes to holding them, after their bath will likely be a calm time for them or at night time they enjoy laying on your chest. Bonding will require an effort on your part but a good owner that doesn't give up will earn a scaley best friend!
